大型化、柔性化发展趋势使叶片均设计为弯扭外形。本文根据这一特点,基于一种新的有限元形函数,推导出叶片的耦合动力学混合有限元模型,编写计算程序。以某商用1.5 MW叶片为实例,求解其自由振动力学结果,并与实验对比,验证了本文方法的精确性。同时,利用华翼风电叶片有限公司的试验台,对此叶片进行了全尺寸耦合振动实验研究。
With the tendency of large scale and flexible blade,it is bending and twisted.According to this,based on a new FEM(Finite Element Method) shape function,a new mixed FEM model of coupled vibration was deduced.With the example of some 1.5 MW blade,the free dynamics was simulated to verify the method.Full scale blade coupled vibration experiment was done by using the test bench of HuaYi Wind Turbine Blade Company Limited.
