英文摘要：

Objective：To study the research model and methods of transformation of Traditional Chinese medicine into medical science.Methods：Analyze the proposed background and necessity of translation medicine.Discuss the connotation,basic characteristics and research methods of the translational medicine.Analyze the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine system and translational medicine through theoretical basis,development application,research ideas and content and so on.Put forward the conviction and necessity of translation medicine and discuss the methods,development patterns,significance and key point.Results：Traditional Chinese medicine and translational medicine theory system has uniformity.Develop transformation of traditional Chinese medicine into medical science may guide the practicality of medical research,as a connection of basic research and clinical practice.Use the two-way transformed mode of laboratory and clinical research for integration of resources and Chinese medicine new products research as breakthrough point for translation of traditional Chinese medicine.Make clear drug mechanism and set up corresponding disease model for further determination of the disease causes and mechanism.Utilize the input for scientific research in effect to transform the technological research findings into products in order to improve the clinical effect as the sole purpose and the main method for transformation of medical research.Conclusion：Transformation of traditional Chinese medicine into medical science is the future direction of the traditional Chinese medicine development.Chinese medicine new products research is the breakthrough point.
