在无溶剂熔炼的条件下,采用挤压铸造法制备了SiCp/AZ91D复合材料,并研究了热处理工艺对SiCp/AZ91D复合材料组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:经热处理后,SiCp/AZ91D复合材料的晶粒明显细化,平均尺寸在100μm以下;显微组织致密,无明显缩孔及夹杂等铸造缺陷,拉伸断口表现为韧脆混合断裂特征,主要由解理台阶、撕裂棱和小尺寸的韧窝组成。此外,其力学性能较未热处理的SiCp/AZ91D复合材料和AZ91D合金均有大幅提高,抗拉强度和伸长率分别提高了46.7%、147.8%和61.2%、88.1%。
SiCp/AZ91D composite was successfully prepared by squeeze casting method under solvent-free smelting. The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the composite were studied. The results show that after heat treatment, the grains of the composite refine obviously and average grain size is below 100 μm. Meanwhile, the microstructure is compact and no obvious casting defects such as shrinkage cavities or inclusions. The tensile fracture surface shows a mixed ductile and brittle fracture feature, which is composed of cleavage plane, tearing ridge and dimple with small size. Moreover, compared with the composite without heat treatment and AZ9ID alloy, the mechanical properties of the composite after heat treatment greatly increase. The tensile strength and elongation increase by 46.7%, 147.8% and 61.2%, 88.1%, respectively.
