电热式剥线工艺中切剥刀片的温度直接影响线缆切剥的质量,研究切剥刀片的最优温度具有很大的工程意义。利用有限元法对整个切剥过程进行热力学分析,得到了切剥过程中线缆护套和内管关键节点的温度时间曲线,进而得到切剥刀片的最佳温度,并通过试验验证了分析结果。为电热式剥线机设计最优温度的选择提供了依据,能提高电热式剥线工艺的线缆切剥质量。
The temperature of peeling blade has direct effect on the fuse peeling quality in fuse thermoelectric peeling process, so the research on the optimal temperature of peeling blade has a great engineering meaning. The whole fuse thermoelectric peeling process was analyzed thermodynamically based on finite element method to obtain the temperature-time curves of key nodes of fuse jacket and inner tube and the optimal temperature of peeling blade. The analysis results were verified through experiment. The result provides a basis for the optimal temperature choice of thermoelectric peeling fuse machine design, and the fuse peeling quality can be improved at a chosen optimal temperature.
