中文摘要:

目的:了解三唑类杀菌剂对环境中鱼类的急性毒性效应。方法:采用静态实验法,参照Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD)203方法测定17种三唑类杀菌剂对斑马鱼96h急性毒性。结果:该类农药主要为中等毒性和低毒污染物。其中,烯效唑、己唑醇、丙环唑、戊菌唑、噁醚唑、腈菌唑以及氟环唑对斑马鱼为中等毒性,其余化合物为低毒。结论:斑马鱼死亡率均随污染物浓度增加而增加,说明待测污染物与毒性之间存在剂量-效应关系,并且取代基的不同可能造成结果类似化合物毒性差异较大。本研究结果将有助于对三唑类杀菌剂水生生态风险评价,并为今后利用定量构效关系研究三唑类杀菌剂对斑马鱼致毒机制提供基础。

英文摘要:

Objective:To find out the acute toxicities of seventeen triazole fungicides to zebrafish at 96 h.Methods:The acute toxicities of seventeen triazole fungicides to zebrafish at 96 h were determined according to static experimental method and Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD) method 203.Results:The results showed that these triazoles were harmful and toxic to zebrafish.Among these triazoles,diniconazole,hexaconazole,propiconazole,penconazole,difenoconazole,myclobutanil,epoxiconazole were toxic to zebrafish.The others were harmful to zebrafish.Conclusion:The mortality rate increases with the increasing concentration of pollutants.Dose-effect relationship are existing between pollutants and toxicities.This study is used for the evaluation of the aquatic ecological risk of triazole fungicides,and lay a foundation to research into the toxic mechanism of triazole fungicides to zebrafish by using quantitative structure-activity relationship method.
