建立了一种基于液相色谱-串联质谱法。(LC—MS/MS)定量分析各种微量农药残留的方法,并应用于水果蔬菜中农药残留物的定量检测.实验采用乙腈提取水果蔬菜中的各种农药残留,应用固相萃取,经高效液相色谱分离,以串联质谱在多反应监测(MRM)模式下测定,在35min内完成了70种农药的定量分析.70种农药在0.01~2.0μg/mL内的线性关系良好(r〉0.995),平均回收率为70%~120%,检出限为10μg/kg;该方法的检出限、回收率及相对标准偏差均能满足农药残留分析的要求.
A multi-residue method for the determination of 70 pesticides in fruits and vegetables by means of LC-MS/MS is presented. The pesticides were extracted by acetonitrile,purified using SPE and finally detected by LC-MS/MS within 35 minutes. The method is proved to be linear obtaining correlation coefficients from 0. 995 to 1. 000 over the range 0. 01--2.00μg/mL. The obtained recoveries are in the range 70% -120 % and the LOD is 10 μg/kg. The LOD, recovery and RSD can meet the demands of the analysis of pesticide residue.
