针对热风炉由于高风温操作生成的氮氧化合物易导致热风炉炉壳晶界的严重腐蚀,从而影响热风炉使用寿命的问题,本文采用CFX11.0软件对不同煤气流量条件下霍戈文热风炉燃烧室的燃烧状态进行了数值模拟研究。研究结果表明:在高炉煤气热值为3000kJ/m3左右,预热温度为170℃,助燃空气预热温度为600℃的条件下,控制煤气流量在66000~74000 m3/h之间时,可同时获得较高的燃烧温度和较好的燃烧效率,能有效地控制拱顶温度,从而使热风炉长寿。此项研究为迁钢2号高炉霍戈文热风炉1280℃高风温工业实践的顺利实施提供了理论依据。
The designed life of hot stove effected by the inter-granular corrosion which was caused by oxynitride is a growing problem.Based on these,numerical simulation research on the temperature distribution in different gas flow of combustion chamber for Hoogoven stove was conducted by the software of CFX11.0 in this paper.The results show that a higher combustion temperature,a better combustion efficiency and a reasonable crown temperature are achieved under specified conditions when BF gas caloric value is about 3000kJ/m3,gas preheating temperature is 170℃,combustion-supporting air preheating temperature is 600℃,and gas flow is controlled between 66000 and 74000m3/h,higher combustion temperature and better combustion efficiency can be achieved in the same time,and arch temperature can be controlled effectively,so that long campaign life of hot stove can be realized.The research will provide theory basis for practical operation of 1280℃ blast temperature.
