针对热风炉运行过程中炉内存在大量未利用的残热问题,从残热角度建立了基于热平衡的热风炉残热推断模型,并根据首钢迁安钢铁有限责任公司2号高炉热风炉的实际情况对模型进行了验证。研究结果表明,利用该模型能够计算可供下一周期使用的炉内残热相对值,优化下一周期热风炉收入热量,维持热量收支平衡,有效利用残热,从而达到提高热风炉使用效率、延长热风炉使用寿命的目的。
In view of the problem that there are a lot of unused residual heat in the operation of the furnace for the hot stove, the residual heat inference model for hot stove was established from the perspective of residual heat. According to the actual hot stove situation of No. 2 blast furnace in Qian' an Shougang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the model was validated. The results indicated that the model could be used to calculate the optimum output heat fitting with the hot blast temperature, optimize the input heat in the next cycle, maintain the heat equilibrium at the same time and utilize the residual heat effectively, consequently, achieve the goal of improving the efficiency of the hot blast stove and prolonging the life of the hot blast stove
