目的:探讨胃肠舒片的药物配伍机制。方法:选择昆明种小鼠随机分9组,除正常对照组外,其余各组复制胃肠动力障碍动物模型。模型成功后,正常对照组和模型对照组给予生理盐水,其余各组分别给予胃肠舒片、不同药物配伍及各单味药药液灌胃,连续用药7天,以葡聚糖蓝(BD)2000为标记物,观察胃排空和肠推进率。结果:胃肠舒片、白芍熟大黄、熟大黄甘草及单味熟大黄,均能显著提高胃排空和肠推进率,其中胃肠舒片与白芍熟大黄两组的胃排空率高于单味大黄组(P〈0.05);白芍甘草、单味白芍及单味甘草对胃排空和肠推进率较模型对照组无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论:胃肠舒片促进胃肠动力作用机制可能与白芍熟大黄配伍后,芍药总苷和大黄素等物质发挥协同作用有关。
Objective: To discuss the mechanism of compatibility of Weichangshu Tablet. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into 9 groups(n = 10). In addition to the normal control group,the other eight groups were duplicated animal models of gastrointestinal motility disorder. The normal control group and the model control group were given normal saline by intragastric administration and the other groups were respectively given Weichangshu Tablet,different medicines compatibilities and different single medicine for 7 days. Blue dextran(BD) 2000 was used to observe the gastric emptying rate and the rate of intestinal propulsion. Results: Weichangshu Tablet,Radix Paeoniae Alba-cooked Rhubarb,cooked Rhubarb-Licorice and single cooked Rhubarb all promoted the gastric emptying rate and the rate of intestinal propulsion. Weichangshu Tablet and Radix Paeoniae Alba-cooked Rhubarb were better in the function of promoting gastric emptying than single Rhubarb(P〈0. 05). Compared with the model control group,there was no significant difference of gastric emptying rate and the rate of intestinal propulsion(P〉0. 05) in Radix Paeoniae Alba-Licorice,single Radix Paeoniae Alba and single Licorice group. Conclusion: The mechanism of Weichangshu Tablet promoting gastrointestinal dynamics may be related to the synergistic action of total glucosides of paeony and emodin after compatibility of Radix Paeoniae Alba and cooked Rhubarb.
