目的:观察胃肠舒对胃肠动力障碍小鼠胃肠运动的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法:选择昆明种小白鼠随机分为空白对照组、阿托品模型组、胃肠舒+阿托品组、西沙必利+阿托品组。分别用受试药液灌胃,连续5天,禁食18h后,于第6天空白对照组腹腔注射生理盐水,其它组均腹腔注射硫酸阿托品注射液致胃肠动力障碍动物模型,以葡聚糖蓝(BD)2000为标记物,观察胃排空率和肠推进率。结果:胃肠舒和西沙必利对阿托品所致胃肠动力障碍动物的胃排空和肠推进具有显著促进作用(P〈0.01)。结论:中药胃肠舒片通过作用于M受体,对抗阿托品对M胆碱能受体的拮抗作用,促进胃肠道兴奋性神经递质乙酰胆碱分泌,从而促进胃肠动力的作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of Weichangshu on gastrointestinal motility disorder in mice,and explore its mechanism.Methods:Choose Kunming mice and Were randomly divided into blank control group,model group atropine,Weichangshu + atropine group,cisapride + atropine group.Subjects were treated with oral liquid.For 5d,after 18h fasting,the sixth day in control group by intraperitoneal injection of saline.Other groups were injected with atropine sulfate injection to make animal model of gastrointestinal motility disorder.blue dextran(BD) 2000 for the marker to observe the gastric emptying rate and rate of intestinal propulsion.Results:Weichangshu and cisapride can made gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion have significant role(P〈 0.01) on gastrointestinal motility disorder animal caused by atropine.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine Weichangshu pills can resistant M cholinergic receptor's antagonism induced by atropine Through the role of M receptor in the gastrointestinal tract to promote excitatory neurotransmitter acetylcholine secretion,thus promoting the role of gastrointestinal motility.
