Although St george＇s respiratory questionnaire（SGRQ） can be real and effective evaluation of life quality of chronic obstruc- tive pulmonary disease （COPD） patients, and provide valuable clinical judgment basis for changes of the life quality of patients before and after treatment, but the shortcoming in the entry of the scale is various, complex statistical method, taking a long time to complete, while the time is more urgent in outpatient services, so the operation is not very convenient. COPD assessment test （CAT） questionnaire item is short, saving time, easy operation, and it is reliable and effective standardized measurement method for evaluation the quality of life of patients with COPD is in our country. COPD quality of life evaluation form（COPD-QOL） scale item is between CAT and SGRQ, in addition to the daily life ability,and evaluation on spirit and psychological planes. COPD patients report outcome（COPD-PRO） was simple, including not only life quality and health, but also outcome assessment information on the satisfactory degree of patients for treat- ment measurement. As a unique evaluation index of disease impact, factors evaluation the effect is a key ingredient of formulating treat- ment decisions.
