目的建立以紫外分光光度法测定肠激安提取物中总黄酮含量的方法。方法以柚皮苷为对照品,采用4.3%的NaOH显色,于285 nm处测定其吸光度。结果本品中柚皮苷浓度在10.608~37.128μg/m l范围内与吸光度线性关系良好（r=0.999 7）,平均回收率为98.83%,RSD=1.17%（n=6）。结论该方法准确可靠,操作简便,稳定性、重复性好,可用于肠激安提取物半成品的质量控制。

英文摘要：

Objective To establish a determination method for total flavonoid compounds in Changji′an extraction by UV spectrophotometry.Methods Naringin was used as control substance.And 4.3% NaOH was used as colour reagents.The absorbance was measured at 285 nm.Results The absorbance and concentration of naringin had good linear in the range of 10.608~37.128 μg/ml,r=0.999 7（n=6）.The average recovery was 98.83%,RSD% was 1.17%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is reliable,easy,stable,and with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of semi-product of Changji′an.
