英文摘要：

OBJECTIVE： To determine the content of paeoniflorin in Changji＇an extract. METHODS： HPLC method was ad- opted. The determination was performed on a Phenomenex Luna C18（250 mm~4.6 mm, 5 ~tm） column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid （15：85） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL-min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS： The linear range was 0.064 4-0.644 0 μg for paeoniflorin （r=0.999 9） with an average recovery of 100.57% （RSD=2.47%, n=9）. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, practical and well reproducible. It can be used as a method for the content determination of Changji＇an extract.
