三七花是三七全株中三七皂苷含量最高的部分,三七花的药理作用远强于人参花。研究了浴液温度、微波功率、提取时间、原料粒度、溶剂配比等因素对三七花中总皂苷提取收率的影响规律,获得了微波辅助提取三七花中总皂苷的工艺技术条件。最适工艺条件为:微波功率为500 W,三七花粉原料粒度为60目,50%乙醇水溶液为溶剂,浴液比为10 mL/g,浴液温度为65℃。总皂苷提取收率为16.14%。微波辅助提取三七花中总皂苷具有加热效率高、节能省时、节省溶剂、污染小等特点。
Panax notoginseng flower has the highest content of Panax notoginseng saponins among plant organs,its pharmacological effect is much more stronger than the ginseng flower.The effects of bath temperature,microwave power,extraction time,raw material size and solvent ratio and other factors on the total saponins extraction yield in Panax notoginsenoside flower were researched,and the technology conditions of microwave-assisted extraction of total saponins were obtained.The total saponins extraction yield of 16.14% was obtained based on 60 mesh of Panax notoginseng flower size,using 50% ethanol as the extraction solvent with the bath liquid ratio of 10 mL/g,at 65 ℃ and 500 W microwave power.Therefore,the microwave-assisted extraction of total saponins in Panax notoginseng flower has the characters of high heating efficiency,low energy consumption,time saving,solvent saving,low pollution and so on.
