Firstly,the surface tensions of the black hole horizon plane and the cosmological horizon plane in Reissner-Nordstrom de Sitter space-time are calculated respectively. Then,the surface tensions are used to deduce the modified first law of thermodynamics that obey the corresponding Smarr relations. It is found that the law of the black hole horizon and the cosmology horizon take on different forms.
