目的观察人工诱导猪苓菌核形成子实体的过程及其相关环境因子,为猪苓孢子繁育技术研究奠定基础。方法根据多年观察猪苓菌核在自然环境下偶然形成子实体的生物学特性,模拟相关因子,按不同菌龄、菌核大小、是否伴栽密环菌等进行人工诱导猪苓形成子实体的实验观察。结票人工模拟环境下,猪苓菌核在环境温度20~25℃、土壤湿度50%以上时,易形成子实体;其中形成子实体的主要是三年或三年以上生菌核,而三年以下生菌核很少形成子实体。结论人工模拟环境可以诱导猪苓菌核产生子实体,但对菌核形成子实体的形态与菌核大小、菌龄长短等深层机理,尚需进一步研究。
Objective: To observe the process of inducing Polyporus sclerotes to produce fruit bodies and related envi- ronmental factors to lay the groundwork for the technical research of Polyporus'reproduction by spores. Methods: Based on years of observation on Polyporus sclerotes'biological characteristics of producing fruit bodies incidentally in natural environment, we simulated the related factors, induced Polyporus to produce fruit bodies according to different cell ages, sclerotes'size, and whether Arrnillaria mellea was planted besides, etc. Results: Under simulated environment, when the temperature was between 20 ~ 25 ℃, the soil humidity was above 50 %, Polyporus sclerotes were easy to produce fruit bodies. And only the sclerotes which were three or more than three years old could produce fruit bodies, and those under three years rarely produced fruit bodies. Conclusion: Simulated environment can induce Polyporus sclerotes to produce fruit bodies, but as to those deep mechanisms like the shape of the fruit bodies and the size of sclerotes, the age of the cells, more research needs to be done.
