提出了一种环境友好型的从废旧钴镍锰酸锂电池中回收锂、钴、镍、锰的新方法.采用苹果酸作浸出剂和双氧水作还原剂对预处理得到的正极活性物质进行还原浸出,并通过研究不同反应条件对苹果酸浸出液中锂、钴、镍、锰浸出率的影响,从而找出最佳反应条件.研究结果表明:最佳反应条件为反应时间30min、反应温度80℃、苹果酸浓度1.2mol/L、液液体积比为1.5%、固液比40g/L.在此条件下,苹果酸浸出液中锂、钴、镍、锰浸出率分别达到了98.9%,94.3%,95.1%和96.4%.
An Environmentally hydrometallurgical process was investigated to recover Li,Co,Ni and Mn from the cathode active materials of spent LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2batteries(LIBs).After pretreatment,malic acid was employed as leaching agent and hydrogen peroxide as reductant to dissolve the LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 obtained from spent LIBs.The optimal leaching conditions were obtained:the malic acid concentration of 1.2 M,hydrogen peroxide content of 1.5vol.%,solid-to-liquid of 40g/L,leaching temperature of80 ℃,and leaching time of 30 min.The leaching efficiency of Li,Co,Ni and Mn can reach about 98.9%,94.3%,95.1% and 96.4%,respectively.
