对9种不同变质程度的炼焦煤进行固体三维扫描荧光光谱测定,分析了荧光特性参数(Q1/2值)、黏结指数(G值)和最大流动度(lgα)之间的关系。研究结果表明,Q1/2值、G值和lgα等黏结性指标具有线性关系,Q1/2值越大黏结性越好。对于强黏结性的炼焦煤来说,Q1/2值线性增加幅度越大,特征荧光参数Q1/2值可作为一个新的指标表征炼焦煤的黏结性。
The authors measured three-dimensional scanning fluorescence spectra of nine coking coal with different metamorphic grades, and analyzed the relationships between the fluorescence characteristics parameter (Q1/2) and caking index (G) and maximum fluidity (lga). The results showed a linear relationship between Q1/2 and G, lga of the coking coal: the bigger of the value of Q1/2, the stronger caking properties of the coking coal; for the high binding property coking coal, when the liner value of Q~/2 increased sharply, the fluorescence characteristics parameter (Q1/2) became a new index to represented the caking properties of coking coal.
