目的:预测结核分枝杆菌(MTB)耐药相关药物外排抗原(Rv1634、Rv2846c、Rv2937、Rv2686c、Rv2687c及Rv3065)的HLA-A2限制性细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTL)表位。方法:通过NCBI数据库获取目的蛋白的氨基酸序列,运用BLAST分析它们与人类蛋白的同源性,利用SYFPEITHI、BIMAS和NetCTL数据库软件预测HLA-A2限制性CTL表位。结果与结论:预测筛选出6个候选抗原的21个HLA-A2限制性CTL优势表位。
Aim:To predict the HLA-A2 restricted CTL epitopes in Mycobacterium tuberculosis drug efflux antigens (Rv1634,Rv2846c,Rv2937,Rv2686c,Rv2687c,and Rv3065).Methods:The amino acid sequences of the antigens were obtained from NCBI database.Their homology to human proteins was analyzed by BLAST.HLA-A2 restricted T lymphocyte epitopes were predicted by SYFPEITHI,BIMAS,and NetCTL.Results and Conclusion:A total of 21 predominant HLA-A2 restricted T lymphocyte epitopes were predicted from the six candidate antigens.
