英文摘要：

Aim：To predict the HLA-A2 restricted CTL epitopes in Mycobacterium tuberculosis drug efflux antigens （Rv1634,Rv2846c,Rv2937,Rv2686c,Rv2687c,and Rv3065）.Methods：The amino acid sequences of the antigens were obtained from NCBI database.Their homology to human proteins was analyzed by BLAST.HLA-A2 restricted T lymphocyte epitopes were predicted by SYFPEITHI,BIMAS,and NetCTL.Results and Conclusion：A total of 21 predominant HLA-A2 restricted T lymphocyte epitopes were predicted from the six candidate antigens.
