英文摘要：

This article reviewed the role of diabetes care outpatient department in the health management of diabetic patients and the development history in China and abroad.It pointed out problems and put forward suggestions in the development of diabetes care outpatient department in China.In China,the diabetes care outpatient department was still on the development stage.In the future,in order to improve the development of diabetes care outpatient department,patient’s cognitive situation should be explored,the impact factors of patients’ treatment should be analyzed,then develop related strategies to improve the awareness and recognition of patients.
