采用简单的溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列不同钼掺杂比例的钼氮共掺杂TiO2光催化剂,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis DRSs)及光致发光光谱(PL)等手段对催化剂进行了表征,并通过降解亚甲基蓝(MB)对催化剂光催化活性进行了评价。结果发现,掺杂后TiO2在可见光区吸收性能得到显著改善;与未掺杂样品相比,共掺杂样品光催化活性有所提高,但由于Mo掺杂引起的样品内部光生载流子复合,在共掺杂样品中随着Mo掺杂比例的增大,样品光催化活性逐渐降低。
A series of Mo-N codoped TiO2 photocatalysts with different Mo doping level were prepared by a simpie sol-gel method and investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectra (UV-Vis DRSs) and photoluminescenee spectra (PL),respectively. The photocatalytic activities of the catalysts were evaluated by degrading methylene blue (MB). It is found that the visible-light absorption performance of TiO2 was obviously improved after the dopings. The photocatalytic activities of the codoped samples were enhanced as compared to the pure TiO2. However,due to the photo-generated charge carriers recombination induced by Mo doping,the photocatalytic activities of the samples were gradually depressed with the increase of Mo doping level.
