Meanwhile, new information crisis under Web2.0 calls for optimization and improvement of this new environment. Based on information resource-related nature of Web2.0, this paper puts forward ＂Web2.0 information resources and their management＂; defines the definition and types of Web2.0 information resources, and analyzes their characteristics; then explores the definition and elements of Web2.0 information resources management. On the basis, with three-dimensional structure of information resources management as the main line, this paper discusses the content framework of Web2.0 information resources management from three perspectives： technical, economic and humantic.
