背景与目的细胞与生物医用材料之间的相互作用是影响其临床应用的重要因素之一,本研究旨在探讨三种缝线材料对人肺腺癌细胞A549增殖和细胞周期的影响。 方法将三种缝线材料分别与A549细胞直接培养72h后,采用MTT法测定各组吸光度,反映各组A549细胞的增殖情况,用流式细胞技术检测各组G1期细胞和S期细胞所占比例。
Background and objective The interaction of cell and medical biomaterial is one of the significant factors to affect clinical application of medical biomaterial. This research is to investigate three of suture lines how to affect the proliferation and cell cycle of Lung Adenocarcinoma cell A549. Methods Three of suture lines are respectively cultivated with Lung Adenocarcinoma cell A549, after of 72 hours, to detect absorptance of each groups by MTF method in order to reflect the proliferation of Lung Adenocarcinoma cell A549 and to detect percentage of G1 period cell and S period cell of each of groups by flow cytometry.
