目的：探讨使用硝普钠治疗慢性肾衰竭（尿毒症期）合并左心衰的临床疗效。方法：将2015年3月至2017年3月收治的96例慢性肾衰竭（尿毒症期）合并左心衰患者随机分为两组,观察组采用硝普钠治疗,对照组使用硝酸甘油治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者治疗的总有效率（95.8%）高于对照组（70.8%）（χ2=10.80,P〈0.05）;两组患者接受治疗后的各项临床指标较治疗前均有改善（P〈0.05）,且观察组的改善效果更加明显（P〈0.05）。结论：使用硝普钠治疗慢性肾衰竭（尿毒症期）合并左心衰,可稳定患者的心率和呼吸频率,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the therapeutic efficacy of sodium nitroprusside on chronic renal failure（ uremia period） combined with left heart failure. Methods： 96 patients with chronic renal failure combined with left heart failure hospitalized from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with sodium nitroprusside while the control group was treated with nitroglycerin,the therapeutic efficacy compared. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group（ 95. 8 %） was higher than that of the control group（ 70. 8 %）（ 70. 8 %）（ χ2= 10. 80,（ P〈0.05）; the clinical indicators of the two groups after the treatment were improved compared with those before the treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and those of the observation group were improved more significantly compared with those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Sodium nitroprusside has great therapeutic efficacy on chronic renal failure（ uremia） combined with left heart failure,can stabilize the patient＇s heart rate and respiration frequency,and significantly improve the therapeutic effect,worthy of clinical application.
