总结了木陶瓷/金属复合材料及其预制体模板的制备机理和制备方法的研究现状;详细介绍了木陶瓷/金属复合材料的力学性能、热学性能、阻尼性能和摩擦学性能及其应用等方面的研究成果;探讨了木陶瓷/金属复合材料的发展前景及当前存在的问题;最后提出了一种以麻纤维织物为模板材料制备纤维织物遗态陶瓷/金属复合材料的新思路。
This paper mainly summarizes the research status on the preparation mechanism and methods of woodceramics/metal composites and their preform templates. Research findings on mechanical, thermal, damping and tribological properties and applications of woodceramics/metal composites are introduced in detail. The problems in- volved in the research on woodceramics/metal composites as well as the development prospect of woodceramics/metal composites are discussed. Finally, based on the current problems, a new idea is proposed that ramie fabric is used as template to prepare fiber fabric morph genetic ceramics/metal composites.
