用离子液体作相转移催化剂,在常压下以苯胺和溴乙烷为原料合成N,N-二乙基苯胺,考察了多种反应因素对目的产物产率的影响,得到了适宜的反应条件是:苯胺和溴乙烷的摩尔比为1∶2.5(苯胺,11mL,溴乙烷,22.5mL),催化剂用量1.20g(0.004mol),在50mL50%(质量分数)的氢氧化钠溶液中,反应温度60℃,常压反应6h,产品收率高于97%.
N , N - Diethylaniline was synthesized from aniline and bromoethane with ionic liquids as phase transfer catalysts under atmospheric pressure. The effects of the various reaction parameters on the yield of N , N - diethylaniline have been studied. The optimum reaction conditions were mole ratio of aniling to bromoethane 1 : 2.5, the phase transfer catalyst 1.2 g ( 0. 004 mol), the reaction temperature 60 ℃ and the reaction time 6 h under atmospheric pressure. The yield of N, N- diethylaniline reached to above 97%.
