目前,7株鹦鹉热嗜衣原体全基因组已测序完整,揭示了不同株之间的相同性与差异性。主要外膜蛋白基因、多形态膜蛋白多基因家族、Ⅲ型分泌系统基因和包涵体膜蛋白基因是鹦鹉热嗜衣原体(Chlamydophila psittaci,Cps)研究的重点。对多个种株Cps基因组完整核苷酸序列测定的研究,将有助于进一步了解Cps的致病机制,寻找更好的诊断方法和防治措施,预防和控制Cps的流行。
At present, the whole genomes of seven strains Chlarnydophila psittaci (Cp) have been completely sequenced and it reveals the similarities and differences among each other. Major outer membrane protein genes, the polymorphic membrane protein multiple genes family, the type III secretion system genes, and the inclusion membrane protein genes are the focuses of study on Chlarnydophila psittaci. The studies on genome integrity nueleotide sequencing among multiple strains of Cps will help for further understanding of the pathogenesis of Cps, searching for better diagnostic methods and prevention measures, and preventing and controlling the prevalence of Cps.
