英文摘要：

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of microRNA34a in non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma.Methods microRNA34a expression was assessed by real-time PCR in 40 samples of non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma and 20 samples of reactive hyperplasia.The clinical data of patients were analyzed with the microRNA34a results.Results The expression of microRNA34a was significantly lower in non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma than in reactive hyperplasia,and the expression was further lower in intermediate or high risk patients.Multivariate analysis showed that microRNA34a was an independent predicting factor for complete remission after treatment.Conclusions Expression of microRNA34a is down-regulated in non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma,and could be a predictor for the response to conventional chemotherapy regimens.
