脑梗死急性期的治疗直接影响预后,故其越来越受到关注和重视。尽管静脉溶栓是目前公认的最有效治疗,但是受其时间窗的限制。其他处理及治疗包括卒中单元、超声溶栓、动脉取栓、抗血小板聚集治疗、抗凝、降纤、脑保护、去颅骨减压术以及远程卒中医疗系统等,其疗效有的已被临床肯定,有的尚存在争议。本文就近几年来国内外急性脑梗死的治疗进展进行综述。

The treatment of acute cerebral infarction influences the prognosis directly,so it has attracted more and more attention.Although intravenous thrombolysis is generally acknowledged as the most effective therapy,it is limited by the time window.Other managements and therapies include stroke unit,ultrasound-enhanced thrombolysis,mechanical embolus removal,anti-platelet aggregation,anti-coagulation,fibrin-decreasing,cerebral protection,hemicraniectomy,telestroke and so on.Some of them have been proved effective by clinical practice,some still in dispute.This article reviews therapeutic progress of acute cerebral infarction in domestic and abroad recent years.
