目的 探讨专职化分层护理对脑血管疾病患者急救效果的影响。方法 选取在我院接受治疗的120例脑血管疾病患者作为研究对象,2013年1月至12月入院的为对照组（60例）,在相同急救处置的情况下,2014年1月至12月入院的为研究组（60例）,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施专职化分层护理。比较两组患者的救治效果、并发症发生率、在抢救室的急救时间以及家属和医师对护理的满意度。结果 研究组中患者的治疗效果和患者家属及医师对护理的满意度均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,研究组患者并发症的发生率和在抢救室急救时间明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 专职化分层护理有助于提高脑血管疾病患者的治疗效果,降低患者并发症的发生率,缩短患者在抢救室急救的时间,能提高患者家属及医师对护理的满意度,具有临床推广应用价值。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the influence of professional nursing team hierarchical emergency treatment on patients with cerebral vascular disease. Methods 120 patients with cerebrovascular disease in our hospital were selected as the research object. They from January to December of 2013 were as the control group （60 cases）. They from January to December of 2014 were as the study group （60 cases）. The control group received routine nursing. The study group received professionalized stratified. The treatment effect, incidence of complications, the emergency time in the resuscita- tion room and the family and the physician satisfaction with care of the two groups were observed. Results The treat- ment effect and family and the physician satisfaction with nursing care of the control group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of patients and the emergency time in the resuscitation room of the study group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The specialization of stratified nursing group is helpful to improve the effect of treatment of patients with cerebrovascular disease, reduce the incidence complications of patients, shorten the emergency time in the resuscitation room, improve family and the physician satisfaction with care.
