在分析建立技术联盟伙伴选择的指标体系基础上,通过调查问卷获得数据,利用AHP法确定了指标权重,结果发现,研发能力和资源拥有状况(除技术以外)是选择伙伴时着重考察的方面,伙伴间的相容程度、信誉和投入对选择的影响力基本一致,也是影响联盟选择伙伴的重要因素。然后利用基于联系度改进的TOPSIS法对某产业联盟的伙伴选择进行了实证分析,其中,针对当前对联系度定义中元素差别程度定义的模糊性,提出了基于样本和最优值(最差值)间距离分布的区间测定方法,这种方法照顾到了样本总体取值的分布,使结果具有总体相对性。
After establishing the index system of partner selection of Technology Alliance,the paper determines the index weight via questionnaire data and AHP.The result shows that RD ability and resources are most important aspects in partner selection.The effect of compatibility,credit and inputs is consistent.They also play significant parts in selection.Then it empirically analyzes the partner selection of an industry alliance via TOPSIS method based on connection degree.Considering the fuzziness in the definition of difference between two elements,the paper proposes an interval measurement based on distance distribution between sample and optimum and worst value.This method takes the overall distribution of the sample into account,so the result is relative.
