以一种新型的内燃机模拟试验机为实验平台,模拟出内燃机在实际工作环境下,其主要运动部件的表面磨损情况及振动情况。在模拟试验机的缸套、活塞环、曲轴、轴承等核心部件上选择不同测点,在虚拟仪器技术的基础上,进行时域分析、频域分析、功率谱分析、频率分析以及谐次分析,同时对信号波形显示,完成对模拟试验机振动状态的实时监测,为模拟试验机的振动监测和故障诊断奠定基础。
A new type simulator of internal combustion engine was taken as the experiment platform, and the surface abrasion situation and vibration situation of its main components were simulated at the real working environment. And on the basis of the virtual instrument technology, different testing locations on the core components of simulator, such as cylinder, piston ring, crankshaft, bearing, and so on were chosen for analyses of time domain, power spectrum, frequency domain, and harmonic. At the same time, the waveform graphs were exported, and the real-time vibration state supervision was achieved for the simulator. Through the above, the foundation of the vibration monitoring and the fault diagnosis for simulators were established.
