用免疫细胞化学方法对雄激素受体(AR)、雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)在扬子鳄睾丸中进行定位研究.结果表明,三种类固醇激素受体在扬子鳄睾丸中都有分布:雄激素受体在睾丸的肌样细胞和支持细胞中呈阳性反应,雌激素受体在睾丸的间质细胞中呈阳性反应,孕激素受体在睾丸的生精细胞中呈阳性反应.推测结果表明,雄激素受体在扬子鳄精子发生过程有重要作用;雌激素受体可能在扬子鳄睾丸发育过程中影响睾丸间质细胞雄性激素的分泌,进而调节生精过程和精子发育成熟,孕激素受体可能通过转换成AR和ER来对精予发生进行调节.这些结果为证明性类固醇激素参与调节扬子鳄性腺生殖内分泌调控提供了重要的形态学新证据.
The present study aimed to investigate the Immunocytochemical localization of estrogen, progesterone and androgen receptors in the testes of the Alligator sinensis. The results indicated that all the three receptors existed in the testis of the A. sinensis: androgen receptor showed positive reaction in peritubular myoid cells and Sertoli cells; estrogen receptor showed positive reaction in Leydig cells; progesterone receptor showed positive reaction in sperrnatocytes and spermatids. The primary relationship between sex steroid receptors and testis had also been revealed: androgen receptors play an important role during spelmatogenesis, estrogen receptors may affect excreting of androgen in Leydig cells, which provides direct evidence for molecular mechanism of estrogen receptor action during postnatal development and spermatogenesis of the A. sinensis. Progesterone receptors may turn into AR or ER to regulate spermatogenesis. These results provide a new morphological proof that sex steroid hormones participate in the regulation of reproductive endocrine in A. sinensis.
