在重整化的哈伯德模型的框架下,考虑单杂质效应,研究了铜氧化物高温超导体中的准粒子散射相干现象。通过计算傅里叶变换的局域态密度,得到了铜氧化物高温超导材料中准粒子散射相干的主要特征,这些特征能够被八角模型很好地解释。研究结果表明,由于单调对称的d波能隙,单杂质掺杂效应导致的准粒子散射相干的特征随能量的变化非常强烈。随着能量的增加,沿着节点方向([0,0]→[π,π])相干峰的位置向高动量位置移动,而沿着反节点方向([0,0]→[π,0])的峰的位置向布里渊区的中心移动。
Considered the effect of single impurity effect,the phenomenon of quasiparticle scattering coherence in the cuprate superconductor is studied under the framework of the renormalization Hubbard model.By calculating the local density of the Fourier transform,the main characteristics of the quasiparticle scattering coherence can be obtained in the high temperature superconducting materials,and these characteristics can be explained well by the Octet model.It is shown that due to the monotonic d-wave gap symmetry,the characteristics of the quasiparticle scattering coherence caused by the single impurity doping effect are strongly changed with the change of energy.With the increase of energy,along the direction of the node([0,0]→[π,π])coherence peak position moves to the high momentum position,while along the opposite direction of node([0,0]→[π,0])peak position moves to the center of the Brillouin zone.
