建立了30t轴重75kg/m钢轨18号重载道岔静力、动力分析模型,对辙叉不同工况下的受力变形进行了准静态分析,对辙叉区钢轨强度进行了检算;对列车通过道岔的行为进行了动态模拟,分析了不同速度下车辆、道岔动态响应.结果表明:辙叉区钢轨具有一定的强度储备,心轨顶宽20mm处等效应力较大,建议对尖轨尖端适当加强;列车通过道岔时各指标均随速度增加而增加,列车可以直向速度110km/h、侧向速度90km/h安全通过道岔.
Both static and dynamic model of railway turnout are established for No. 18 heavy haul line with 30 t axle load. Quasi static of crossing rail is simulated for forces and deformations of different cases. The results above are analyzed to check the strength of crossing rail. With the process of passing through the turnout simulated, dynamic responses of vehicle and turnout at different speeds are ac- quired and addressed. The results show that certain strength is stored on the crossing rail, and equiva- lent stress of point rail where the width is 20 mm is large and it is proposed that the tongue tip should be strengthened. A variety of indicators increases with the increase of speed when vehicle passes through turnout. The results show that vehicle can pass through main line safely at 110 km/h and pass through branch line safely at 90 km/h.
