In the late half of the twentieth century,Japanese government failed in the implement of yen internationalization strategy.Analyzing the cause of yen internationalization failure must bring enlightenment to RMB internationalization.Based on the reviews of yen internationalization development,this paper summarizes the key restrictive factors of yen internationalization failure and proposes related policies for RMB internationalization.
