目前阿尔茨海默病(AD)已成为威胁老年人身心健康的主要疾病,但该病的发病机制仍未完全明确,治疗手段也十分有限,其主要原因之一是目前缺乏理想的AD动物模型。目前AD动物模型主要分为β淀粉样蛋白沉积型、衰老型、脑缺血型、转基因型、链脲佐菌素型等。该文就AD动物模型的现状,双侧颈动脉结扎模型及环境因素模型的研究进展予以综述。
Alzheimer's disease (AD) has become one of the major diseases, threatening the physical and mental health of the elderly. Unfortunately, the mechanisms behind it are still not completely uncovered, as a result of which the therapeutic options remain very limited, one of the main reasons for this embarrassing situation is the lack of ideal animal models. Presently the main animal models for AD are 13-amyloid peptide accumulation model, senescence-accelerated model, brain ischemia model, transgenic mice model, streptozotocin model and so on. Here is to make a review of the above AD models, with the emphasis on bilateral common carotid artery occlusion model and environmental factors-associated model.
