依据需求波动、预测难易性、变动复杂度、产品创新等指标得分,将产品划分为功能性和创新性两类,依据战略目标、合作关系、柔性、反应速度等指标得分,把供应链划分为效率型和反应型两种类型。结合产品和供应链匹配理论建立其对企业绩效影响的理论假设,对回收的111家企业调研问卷采用独立样本T检验方法进行分析。发现产品和供应链相匹配企业的战略绩效和运营绩效水平显著高于不匹配企业。在相匹配的两种组合中,创新-反应型组合的战略绩效高于功能-效率型组合,但运营绩效未呈现显著差异。
Functional and innovative products were divided by the index scores on demand fluctuations,forecasting difficulty,variability complexity and product innovation.Efficient and responsive supply chain were measured by the scores on strategic goals,cooperation,flexibility and responsive speed.This paper made some hypothesis based on the theory of matching products and supply chain,and then made a statistics analysis of independent sample T test on the recovery questionnaire survey of 111 companies.It was found that the strategic and operational performance in the firms where product and supply chain match were significantly higher than that of not match.The strategic performance in the group of innovative products and responsive supply chain strategy was higher than that in the group of functional products and efficient supply chain,while the operational performance not significantly different.
