英文摘要：

Product demand environment can be divided into four types：stable,volume-flexible,product-flexible,and flexible in both volume and product according to the flexibility level of product demand and volume demand.Based on theoretical study and case analysis,we find that stable,volume-flexible,product-flexible,and flexible in both are in the best alignment with efficient supply chain,quantitative response supply chain,innovative response supply chain and customized response supply chain respectively.The different attributes of four types of supply chain are analyzed from the perspective of market demand,product variety,profit margin,customer driver,market qualifier,market winner and so on.The research results provide decision criteria for firms to make supply chain strategy according to demand environment.
