病险水利工程治理事关重大,然而其优化改造过程易受到主观因素的影响。为此,运用模糊层次综合评价法,建立病险库坝FAHP优选决策模型,通过构造判断矩阵、权重公式和判断矩阵一致性检验等,对病险库坝治理过程进行优选排序,使决策过程更科学、客观。实例分析对某流域病险库坝群进行优选排序,结果表明该模型克服了优选过程中的主观经验因素,相比传统方法更科学合理,效率较高。

英文摘要：

The treatment of dangerous water conservancy project is of great importance, but its optimization and transformation process is subject to subjective factors. In this paper, FAHP decision-making model is established by using fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method. By constructing judgment matrix, weight formula and consistency test of judgment matrix, the decision process of the dam is optimized and the decision-More scientific and objective. The results show that the model overcomes the subjective experience in the optimization process, which is more scientific and reasonable than the traditional method and has higher efficiency.
