英文摘要：

This paper studies the key management weakness of WEP applied in 802.11 Wireless LAN.It presents a dynamic key distribution management,which improves the security of WEP.In order to avoid the transmission of IV in plaintext,the repeated use of secret key and the deduction of rest plaintext with known one,IV is dynamically produced with RC4.Dynamic production of IV and removal of the linearity between IV and seed secret key could enhance data security of WEP.The improved WEP could fairly solve the problem of key share and key update.
