在自制煅烧/碳酸化实验台上研究煅烧气氛、温度和碳酸化温度对分析纯碳酸钙和某电厂脱硫用石灰石吸收CO2过程中碳酸化率的影响,并用CO2的吸收量比较其吸收CO2能力的大小。结果表明:随着煅烧气氛中CO2浓度和煅烧温度的增加,分析纯碳酸化率在逐渐降低;煅烧温度为1 233 K时,分析纯CO2吸收量比脱硫用石灰石的低。同条件下煅烧分析纯,碳酸化温度为973 K时碳酸化率比923 K时高。
The effect of calcination temperature,calcination atmosphere and carbonation temperature on carbonation conversion of pure calcium carbonate and limestone which are used for desulfurization in a plant are experimentally investigated in a calcination/carbonation reactor for CO2 capture.CO2 capture capacity of pure calcium carbonate and limestone could be compared by their CO2 absorbability.The experimental results show that the rate of carbonation of pure calcium carbonate will be reduced by increasing the CO2 concentration and calcination temperature.However,the CO2 absorbability of pure calcium carbonate is lower than limestone at the temperature of 1 233 K.Under the same condition of calcination,carbonation conversion of pure calcium carbonate is higher at 973K for carbonation than it is at 923 K.
