颗粒循环流率是双流化床生物质气化装置的重要运行参数,布风方式对其有重要影响.在自行搭建的冷态实验台上,分别研究了采用锥形布风板和水平布风板时一些运行参数对颗粒循环流率的影响.实验结果表明:颗粒循环流率随着气化室和提升管风速增加而增加,增加幅度随着风速的提高而减小;随着颗粒粒径的增大而明显降低;随着物料重量的增大而增加;无论是何种工况,锥形布风板下的循环流率普遍高于水平布风板下的值.所以,锥形布风板是较优的布风方式.
Solids circulation rate is an important operating parameter to dual fluidized bed gasification system, and the gas distribution method has a significant effect on it. On a cold test rig,the effects of several operating parameters on the circulation rate of solids under a conical and a planar gas distributor were investigated respectively. The results indicate that: solids circulation rate increases with increasing gas velocities to the gasification chamber and the riser,and the increasing rate reduces with gas veloctities increasing. Solids circulation rate obviously decreases with increasing particle size and it is enhanced by increasing weight of the material. The value of solids circulation rate under a conical gas distributor is higher than that under a planar distributor regardless of different conditions,so the conical gas distributor is a better one.
