流化床提升管内气固两相流动压降的预测及试验验证

提出了提升管压降的计算公式,并考虑了两个模型用于计算提升管中颗粒相的速度.搭建了双循环流化床冷态试验装置台,利用差压变送器对气固提升管内轴向压降进行了系统测试,研究了颗粒循环流率对压降的影响.将利用提升管压降公式计算得到的压降与试验测得的压降进行了比较.结果表明:在提升管加速段,假定提升管气固两相的滑移速度等于颗粒相的终端速度,将计算得到的颗粒相速度代入压降计算式中,得到的预测值与试验值比较吻合;在提升管充分发展段,将利用滑移因子ψ计算得到的颗粒相速度代入压降计算式中,得到的预测值与试验值较吻合.

英文摘要:

A calculation formula was proposed for the pressure drop of the riser.Two calculation models were considered for the particle velocity in the riser.To investigate the effect of particle circulation rate on pressure drop,a cold test rig of double circulating fluidized bed(CFB) was built up,and the axial pressure drop of the gas-solid flow in the riser was measured systematically by a differential pressure transmitter.The pressure drops calculated by the calculation formula of the riser were compared with that obtained from the experiments.Results show that in the acceleration section of the riser,by assuming the slip velocity as the terminal velocity of the solid particle and using the calculated particle velocity in the pressure drop calculation formula,the predicted values agree well with the experimental data.While in the sufficiently developed section of the riser,if the particle velocity calculated by use of slip factor ψ is used in the pressure drop calculation formula,the predicted values can agree well with the experimental data.
