文章基于2005--2009年中国工业企业数据库和中国专利数据库的匹配数据,采用Heekman两阶段方法,研究了出口参与和出口贸易技术溢出对创新产出的影响。研究结果表明,企业出口参与对创新选择和创新产出有正向而显著的影响;出口贸易技术溢出对创新选择有负向而显著的影响,但对创新产出有正向而显著的影响,加入吸收能力后,出口贸易技术溢出对创新选择和创新产出的影响变化不大,但吸收能力对创新选择和创新产出都有正向而显著的影响。文章兼顾所有制类型和地区差异,提出了鼓励企业开展自主创新以提高创新产出的政策建议。
Based on the matching data of China's patents database and Chinese industrial enterprise database of 2000-- 2009, The paper studies the impact of export participation and the technology spillovers of export trade on innovation output using the Heckman two-stage approach, The results show that export participation has a positive and significant impact on innovation selection and innovation output, the technology spillovers of export trade has a negative and significant impact on innovation selection, whereas it has a positive and significant impact on innovation output. After introduction of absorptive capacity, the impact of the technology spillovers of export trade on innovation selection and innovation output changed little, however, the absorption ca- pacity has a positive and significant impact on innovation selection and innovation output. Taking into account the ownership and regional differences, we give policy recommendations that enterprises carry out independent innovation and improve the output of innovation.
