英文摘要：

The paper conducts a questionnaire survey among 350 R＆D staffs and middle-top managers from 67 strategic emerging industry fn＇ms of Wuhan City Circle in China. Then the moderating effect model of open innovation on the relationship of knowledge governance and knowledge transfer is constructed. The empirical study through path analysis, structural equation model, and hierarchical regression a- nalysis shows that： enterprise innovation network knowledge governance （including market mechanisms, social mechanisms, and hierarchical mechanisms） has a significant positive effect on knowledge transfer; openness of innovation has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between market mechanisms, hierarchical mechanisms of enterprise innovation network knowledge governance and knowledge transfer, while its moderating effect on the relationship between social mechanism and knowledge transfer is insignificant.
