本文以南京城区有机碳含量1.03%和3.95%的两种土样为研究对象,对温度、含水率和有机质含量对土壤CO2释放的影响进行了室内试验研究.研究发现:温度在10℃~42℃范围内,试样的土壤CO2释放速率随温度升高而增大,未发现最优温度的存在;过高和过低的含水率都将抑制土壤CO2释放,最优含水率出现在18%~30%内;有机质含量越高,土壤CO2释放速率越大;最后,论文对温度、含水率和有机质含量对土壤CO2释放的影响机理进行了分析.研究成果对于掌握土壤CO2释放规律,认识全球碳循环具有重要意义.
In this research,laboratory tests on two type of soil total organic carbon of which is 1.03% and 3.95% respectively from Nanjing,China have been carried out to study the influence of temperature, moisture and organic matter content on soil CO2 release rate. The result shows that:CO2 release rate of the specimens increases with tem- peratvre in the range of 10 ℃-42 ℃ while an optimal temperature is not observed. Meanwhile, soil respiration is significantly influenced by soil moisture as is limited both by low and high soil moisture content and the optimal moisture content range is 18% - 30%;and the CO2 release rate of the specimens increase significantly when the organic matter content increases. At last, the mechanism of influence of temperature, moisture and soil organic matter content on soil CO2 release is also discussed. The research result is significant in understanding the mechanism of soil CO2 release and studying global carbon cycle process.
