为较全面地理解供应链系统动态的形成演化机理,建立供应链库存系统模型。在模型中同时考虑订货量非负约束和不同提前期两个因素,使模型更符合实际,但却使系统成为带有时滞的非线性系统,具有复杂的动力学行为,并利用求解最大李雅普诺夫指数的方法分析了系统动态特性。通过仿真实验给出不同提前期下能够保持系统稳定的库存策略区域;针对一类常用库存策略的系统动态行为研究发现,虽然库存策略参数对系统的动态行为有较大影响,但对于确定库存策略,仍然有一定数量的库存参数设置能够保证系统稳定运行。
The dynamics feature of complex supply chain system is one of the basic questions of supply chain research. In order to understand the formation and evolution of supply chain system dynamics features clearly, the paper constructed inven- tory system model in supply chain. The model considered two factors, nonnegative restrictions about order quantity and lead time at the same time so that it was more real, but simultaneously the system was more complex, in which there was time delay and nonlinear. The research analysed the complex system features by max Lyapunov exponents. The simulation results give the stability inventory policy regions under different lead time. This paper also discussed a kind of common inventory policies at great length. For certain inventory policy, there are some policy parameters to guarantee the system running stability, although these parameters can cause complex dynamics behavior of supply chain system.
