随着跨国专利资源协同活动的增加,合作企业之间的文化差异乃至相互冲突问题逐渐凸显出来.通过对跨国专利协同开发过程的讨论以及引发合作伙伴之间文化冲突的因素的剖析,提出了专利协同开发中文化冲突管理的理论假设,并进行实证检验.在此基础上,探讨了在专利协同开发中进行协调管理的思路和对策.
With the increasing of transnational patent resource collaborative activities, the problem of cultural differences and cultural conflicts emerges gradually. The transnational patent collaborative development processes are discussed and the factors which caused the cultural conflicts are analyzed. Furthermore, the theoretic assumption of cultural conflicts management in patent collaborative development is put forward and the empirical test is conducted. On this basis, the considerations and countermeasures of patent collaborative development are proposed.
