废旧电子产品回收水平直接影响循环经济实现程度。在对废旧电子产品再制造研究文献回顾的基础上,建立了零售商和维修中心两种回收模式下废旧电子产品Stackelberg集中式决策模型,以算例验证模型。研究表明:当维修中心的维修成本高于再造时节约的单位成本时,维修中心回收模式下的回收价格高于零售商回收模式,此时可选择维修中心回收模式,因为回收价格较高,回收量较大,更有利消费者及实现循环经济;当维修中心的维修成本低于再造时节约的单位成本时,维修中心回收模式下的回收价格要低于零售商回收模式,此时选择零售商回收模式较好。
The level of recycling for WEP influences the realization of circular economy in certain extent. Based on revie-wing the literature of remanufacturing for WEP, established a centralized decision-making Stackelberg model for WEP based on such two modes as retailer and repair center, and gave an examples tested the model. Results have shown that, when the unit cost savings will be higher than the recycling of the maintenance cost of the repair center, the repair center recycling mode the recovery of prices higher than retailers recovery mode ,to choose repair center recovery mode ,because the higher the cost of recycling and the quantity of recycling, the more favorable to consumers and implementation circu lar economy ; when the maintenance cost of the repair center is less than recycling cost, recovery of prices in the recovery mode of the repair center is lower than the retailer recovery mode, to select retail the recall mode is better in the same way.
